Product is a pair of custom designed Butterfly Swords, made by hand. These long Butterfly Swords were designed for use by practitioners of Hung Gar, Shaolin and other martial arts styles.  While some Wing Chun lineages may like them too, if your lineage uses knives measured to the interior of the elbow the do not buy these - you need shorter bldes. These knives are designed for lineages that stab as well as chop and slice. These are weapon grade true full tang swords. Blade is 14" hybrid chopper/stabber and is made in German D2 Tool Steel with a wide hollow grind. D-Guard is AISI 304 Stainless hot drop forged. This model is sharp.
