Austin Goh - Healing Hands DVD

Healing through energy can relieve stress, strain, internal injuries, back pain, PMT, lack of energy and in can help to boost the body's immune system. Healing hands is an ancient Chinese art based on unique breathing techniques. It is nearly 10,000 years old and was taught to me by my uncle, who was a Taoist priest practicing this art in China. (He later fled the motherland to Malaysia during the cultural revolution).

I was fortunate to have learnt from him since the age of 10. By practicing this art, it will benefit and improve your health physically, internally and mentally.
