Type: Iron Training Jow Bundle

Use/Description: The Iron Fist Condition Training is a great 1 year program for styles that develop a strong fist. You can use these formulas in your daily training to protect your hand and develop the iron fist.

Follow your current conditioning program and add these dit da jows to enhance your training. This set consists of one bottle of each of the following formulas used in order:

1. Royal Phoenix - 3 months,
2. Heavy Hand - 3 months,
3. Ice Sage - 3 months,
4. Big Hand, Little Hand (Iron Fist) - 3 months.

Use the formulas for the period of time and order listed. Estimated use is 1 bottle for 1 month.

Brewing Method: This jow is brewed in glass using the latest scientific methods with the highest quality herbs possible. This is a high-quality jow. Most other jows on the market today are made by dumping a bunch of herbs in vodka (or similar alcohol). This jow, on the other hand, has had the chemicals from each herb extracted in the best possible manner. It is one of the cleanest most pure form of jow we offer. In addition, the jow is shipped in a medical-grade plastic bottle that does not interact with the jow (the jow cannot leech harmful chemicals from this grade of plastic).

How to Use: You simply pour some of the concentrate in your hand or on a cotton ball and rub it deep into the afflicted area.

Seems to be high quality jow, though I won't be sure of the benefit for several months. I do like the fact that there's is a clear statement of the order in which to use the products in the bundle.

Since I live in Japan, and your shipping said it could take up to 2 weeks for my package to arrive, I was prepared to wait. But, 4 days later I had my Jow set.

Starting with Royal Phoenix and I love it. I'd done some apparent cartilage damage to my left middle knuckle from punching too hard. A few days after starting treatment, it's feeling solid again.

I apply Royal Phoenix before going to the gym, and can feel the burn during my bag workout. Really gets everything flowing in the hands. Great stuff.
