What’s in Level 8:

This is the crucible where fighters are formed. Integration of all strong key skills from all the programs are performed. Any attack, from any distance, to any target - with no protective gear.

In this level we also start to refine our power and positioning using the wooden man. Similar to fine-grit sandpaper, the wooden man will allow you to show your opponent they are outmatched without actually having to knock them out. In level 8 we will also start the pole play with drills from the famous Luk Dim Boon Quan - the six and a half point long pole.
