What’s in Level 9:

We continue with the integration of all the programs into the Three-Second Fight Training program. We will go back to previous programs to refine the weak areas and prepare to open our own schools when we graduate from level 9.

At this level we will continue our pole play and learn the final form of the system with the Baat Jaam Dao - the 8-directional cutting swords. Additionally, we will start to practice to improve our teaching skills at this level so we can pass along this great traditional skill.
