No Shadowhand. No Enlightment. Just A Cash Grab. |

Unfortunately, a rating of 1 star is the lowest I can give. In my opinion, do not purchase this book. There are no secrets. As another critic has already explained the techniques, the exercises are very basic.
I would hardly call this a manual. Its contents are only pictures without any description of the movements done or what the practitioner should expect to experience.
With this "book" being a self-published spiral bound collection of pictures and a title of "Shadowhand Wing Chun and Enlightenment Training Manual" I expected 100x more than what I received.
I believe that there are far better material that can be found elsewhere for a far better price. I am embarrassed to say that I have contributed to Doc Savage's use of the Wing Chun name for financial gains.

Solid basics, but overprized |

Content: knuckle-push up variations, straight punches against phone book/wall bag long pole lifting exercises Iron bar vertical punches Pivoting with iron bar hold in front with double grip Two man push pull exercise ( punch with a retreating Tan with closed fist, partner holding your arms for providing resistance.) Gan Da, Tan Da , Pak Da with focus mitt some stretching exercises
All solid exercises but very basic, if you train for a while you should know it all maybe except the long pole exercises.
Production quality: fair, you get a spiralbound, self produced copy, what is diminishing the quality of the photos in black and white, but you can see the movements still clearly.
But nothing of training secrets as advertised.
So, you get rock solid but very basic exercises, but the booklet is highly overprized.

This book will teach you the secrets in developing Wing Chun's power. The training is usually reserved for the students of SiFu Savage....however he feels the Art is dieing out and without teaching these little known secrets to those interested....They could be lost forever.
well worth the money and time!!!
