This is a set of two pads.

These pads are great if you have a dummy with a large diameter. The elastic tie system in the back allows you to attach the pads to a dummy of any size.

The pads are fairly thin compared to some, but work well. They are great to toughen up your fists while taking the danger out of punching an unprotected dummy.

The only issue some people may find with these pads is that because they wrap all the way around the dummy, the slats of your dummy could get in the way of where you wish to place the pads. You will have to judge if this is the case for you.
