Buick Yip - Leather Wing Chun Wall Bag

Based on the "Everything Wing Chun Ultimate Wall Bag" design, these new wall bags from Buick Yip are top of the line! This bag is 100% high-quality leather on the outside, with an extra canvas lining on the inside to help protect the leater from wear. The top has a velcro closure. The metal plate on the top reads "Wing Chun" in the Chinese fashion.

[v2] Obviously the price was a concern but I liked the idea of it when I really thought about it.  Leather is easier to clean than canvas and not as rough on the skin and it looked like it would really hold up. Also, I have faith in all of Buick's products. So I ordered one.Basically, it's a hand made version of the EWC bag but has an inside canvas layer that is wrapped in a nice leather and then there is a second layer over that.  I actually have steel shot in the bag and it weighs 30 lbs, the three layers of canvas and leather give the knuckles some good padding and give on the steel shot.  It feels like hitting a side of beef... I like to imagine hitting a rib cage with body shots when I'm working on it.  I have really developed my "internal striking" ability and penetration with this bag. Each bag we train with has a different purpose, filling and feel but this one is my favorite that I train on.
