From beginners to more advanced students, Sifu Chong demonstrates how to practice this series of hand holds and deflections in order to build dexterity and nimbleness in close combat.  The use of advanced footwork is designed to complement the hand practice, helping studets to quickly master the swift and dynamic movements of Pak Sau.
