Back by popular demand, these new and improved versions of our original and unique wall bags feature all the great components of our ultimate wall bag, with a few added benefits!

We made these bag for two reasons.  First, when hung on the wall the rice, beans, or sand you use for filling is able to better compact in the bottom of the bag.  This gives the impact area a little more thickness and a slightly rounded aspect that helps you develop a more solid punch.  This is similar to hanging a traditional wallbag by one nail so it has a diamond shape on the wall.

Second, if you do iron palm training or any conditioning of the forearm and elbow, these bags allow for the entire striking area to be trained.

As an additional benefit these bags are also double-sided with a re-enforced double layered striking surface on each side!  They will never wear out!  Add this to the fact that your bag will have D-Rings to hang from instead of grommets, we expect an extraordinarily long life span!

(In the spirit of full disclosure we found after laying on it flat and pounding on it a while the zipper may start to unzip a half centimeter or so - something easily fixed.)
