A simple and effective explanation of biu ji January 10, 2012

I thought the Biu Ji dvd by Fung Man Sifu of the WSL was in keeping with WSL ving tsun, to the point, simple and effective fighting concepts were explained and demonstrated. To the many who are looking for incredulous interpretations of biu ji, this is not the dvd for you, but for those who understand that wing chun is a concept, this is definitely for you!
