Opinion on Gary Lam DVD September 28, 2006

The Gary Lam DVD is very good (OK the picture quality is not too good, NTSC always looks poor on a PAL system), but Sifu Lam clearly knows what he is doing and why. He shows how to setup an opponent, how to control and maintain his centre line whilst removing the opponent from his centre. I liked it alot. This is solid WSL school wing chun. I would personally buy other Gary Lam DVDs as he is the genuine article.
The 5 star rating is for the DVD content.
