This a terrific introduction to the Wong Shun Leung/Gary Lam crossing hand system. Both entertaining and educational!

This is a great DVD. Sifu Lam explains in a very good mood the basic exercises regarding Chi Sao and the various hands in Wing Chun learnt in Sil Nim Tao. For someone who is learning Chi Sao, this DVD gives a thorough insight to each and every exercise. Each explanation is accompanied by a technical insight to rights and wrongs and why's. Great and invaluable information from beginning to end. Greatly recommended.

This is one of the best tapes on the market. Gary Lam is very technical and full of knowledge. He explain each action and correlate some with the sil nin tao. Explain too the most common mistakes and the best way of to a react to a attack.
The part I liked too much are those that he share his experiences on chi sao and fights not only the normal chi sao techniques and why that technique work or not. Another good thing is that he brings to conscious things that you do unconscious.
The tape is recorded on a backyard with Gary Lam students. He some times asks them if this or that is right or wrong. You fell like a Gary student.
In my point of few this is the best tape of chi sao. Gary Lam is very good. I dont know other Wong Shun Leung senior students but I thing Gary Lam is among the best.
