Gary Lam shows fines pull and push techniques. I have never seen these techniques with realistic approach before this tape.
I thing Pho Pai is a specialization of Wong Shung Leung. You really can see Bruce Lee doing some pull techniques in his films. To you get the idea Gary Lam needs to use a mattress on a wall to practice the Pho Pai. His students flyaway with techniques.
He shows the push techniques first and then the pull. Most of then begins with chi sao. Details are provided.
The only bad thing to say about is that is very short video.
