The booklet is pretty brief, spending the most time on the Wall Bag and Heavy Hand Training (like Iron Palm). For some topics only one exercise is given. I liked the booklet, personally, and I think it is good if you don't have a lot of training methods in your lineage for conditioning. Even if you have a lot you might want to pick it up just to see what he suggests. To me there was only one thing sort of new, but I know a lot of exercises.
