EWC Review:

The booklet is pretty brief, spending the most time on the wall bag and heavy hand training (like Iron Palm). For some topics, only one exercise is given. I liked the booklet, personally, and I think it is useful if you don't have a lot of training methods in your lineage for conditioning. Even if you have a lot, you might want to pick it up just to see what he suggests. To me there was only one thing sort of new, but I know a lot of exercises.
