The following specs are what make this sword different:

Blade Steel: San Mai Carbon Steel. We used Combat Carbon 1075 in the center/edge and ASAI 4340 on the outside. Please keep the blade and tang oiled when not in use.
Blade Sharpness: Sharp (but not razor sharp).
Sheath: This model comes with a carrying case. All sheathes/cases are given for free "as-is" and no replacements are available.
Balance Point: Roughly 2 1/2 inches towards the tip of the blade from the hilt (past the quillon tip).
