This is an excellent DVD, one of my favorites. It has a lot of good functional strength exercises for applying strikes, lots of excellent applications for the strikes, and a very comprehensive list of strikes and conditioning exercises for the hands, forearms, and elbows. Dit Da Jow massage techniques are even included. This DVD will help you improve your Wing Chun no matter what your lineage is! |
