These VCDs show you the Pan Nam style of Wing Chun Kung Fu. Mostly demonstration of forms, then applications. There are no subtitles, but if I remember back a few years to when I saw them with subtitles there were no real explanations, just names and an generic history. An interesting watch and must-have for any Wing Chun collection. It's a great way (and cheap) to check out this very popular non-Yip Man lineage. |
