This 100 day course includes a bag of the original dit-da-jow formula (over 2000 years old), a short instructional DVD covering all aspects of striking (as well as brewing the medicine and setting up your striking table) plus we will include a copy of Yip Man's personal notes (in Chinese) on the "Death Touch" or Dimak. These notes are a priceless piece of Wing Chun history and are simply not for sale but is a part of the package.
