Description

SPRING-ARMS: MasterPath/HuenDo - Wooden Dummy Adjustable Spring Arms (Set of 3) - Small

Note: These are a limited edition item and won't be made again. The springs are light - and good for light-touch sensitivity training. If you want strong springs, we have the other model with strong spring arms. These arms also had some issues with the finish, so they have been discounted accordingly in the sales price. The arms ship from Greece.

These adjustable Spring Arms are made to replace traditional wooden dummy arms in your wooden dummy. Use:
These spring arms are made for practicing chi sao and help develop tactile sensitivity, fluidity, and control on the opponent hands and help you strike on openings at the right time.

For that purpose, these arms are equipped with fine quality light springs. A typical fok sao weight over a bong sao, is no more than 1 kg of pressure. A heavier fok sao over bong sao (or tan sao) is not normal while practicing chi sao because this will force the one to change his/her technique and strike.

These arms are designed to simulate the proper chi sao pressure while practicing. They are perfect for chi sao exercises and close range hand controlling techniques. With these arms, you can train a lot of different chi sao attacks, develop advanced controlling skills, and fine tune your strike timing.

If you want stronger springs they can be ordered and shipped from the manufacturer and easily installed in place of your current ones.
