Dont know what to make of this DVD, starts with a dream sequence chase & fight , meant to convey the use of the Ring as a weapon ? Follows with a demonstration, then a form that iv'e never seen before. The teaching of said form & using the ring as an isometric aid, which is good as Wing Chun & Isometrics work well together, some teachers even using the Sil Lum Tao form done under Isometric/ Isotonic tension as a training aid. But, I feel this Dvd is lacking in content and is padded out by extraneous material, so, only three stars. E.W.C. sell a good book on the ring & there's a good training sequence in the 1988 movie Stranger from Shaolin....
