| VTM Yip Man System Student Manual Levels 1-9
This book is packed full of information and quite interesting to read through, no matter what lineage you are from. You can get a gist of what is inside based on the table of contents below, but really there is a lot more and the most interesting things are not even listed.
This book doesn't teach you any Wing Chun techniques, forms, etc. It's all articles, theories, outlines, concepts and the etc. A bit of it is geared towrd the VTM's classes, but not as much as one would think (mainly just some of the outlines).
