Mostly Chi Sao, but overall good stuff	June 22, 2011

This DVD runs 2 hours with an 1 hour and 30 minutes of it being a structure seminar mostly on Chi Sao with the last 30 minutes being more informal. If you look closely in the background during the seminar you will see Sifu Jordan on the wooden man, but Steve voice is loud enough during the whole video that any background noise does not over take his voice.
