We are proud to offer Wing Chun Treasures' Ip Man Coin. This coin is a real beauty! Over 8 months and 15 prototypes went into the making of this coin. The thought put into this coin and level of detail is incredible. Plus, they are each hand-painted and finished at the end. The coins are gold plated over a zinc alloy base (this is used in order to get the detail level required for the portrait) and have an antique finish that brings all the details to life.

These coins are limited editions and are numbered (starting at 2008). This is the first in a series of coins honoring Wing Chun and the masters of the style. Each style will be made and offered only once.

Each coin is a little under 2 inches in Diameter (4.5 cm).

Anyone devoted to practicing Ip Man Wing Chun should possess a copy of the coin to commemorate this great master's effort passing down the techniques to us.

Exactly what I wanted. August 29, 2011
Reviewer: Ken Anderson from Sunnyvale, CA United States
I was looking for a solid, decent-sized martial arts coin as a token of my appreciation of what martial arts has brought to my life, and this is perfect!  I spent 13 years studying martial arts, and I am a Sandan in Shorinju Kenpo.  (I also studied Kung Fu for 2.5 years, and attained 3rd Kyu Brown.)  Even though my 3rd degree black belt is in a different style than Kung Fu, I still appreciate everything that Ip Man contributed to Martial Arts.  Truth be told, my Kenpo instructor (Jerry Smith in Sunnyvale CA) was trained by legendary martial arts champion Joe Lewis, who in turn was close to & learned many fighting principles from Bruce Lee.  And Bruce Lee of course learned from Ip Man.  So although I am 4 students away and many years away from Ip Man, some of his fighting principles found their way to my life!  So I am therefore very grateful to Ip Man.

Yip Man Coin August 4, 2011
Reviewer: Matthew Smith from Doncaster East, VIC Australia
These coins are beautiful, I've bought 2 now, I carry 1 for luck. The backside has a plum blossom, a pair of knives and "Wing Chun" in calligraphy, it reminds me very much of Buick Yips art. I try to buy 1 of these coins with every order I place...
