This is a Stage One liniment, which prevents swelling. It should be applied immediately after trauma occurs, and can be used alone or in conjunction with an ice pack. It would be advisable for Martial Arts schools to keep a supply on hand so that it can be applied as soon as a sprain injury is sustained. This will greatly reduce swelling.
This is a 3rd stage cold liniment. This formula will produce a cold sensation that you will feel in your fingers and has been known for hardening and strengthening the underlying internal structure as in the bones in this Yin internal stage.
This liniment treats the deeper levels of the limbs and back, such as acute joint, tendon, or bone injury; bone bruise will prevent energy stagnation in the local area. Swelling, stiffness, and black and blue marks will be resolved and speed the healing of the bone. Even in the case of an old sprain, application of this liniment will help break up stagnated energy, ease pain, and quicken the body’s own natural healing processes. Practitioners of stick fighting arts like Kali, Arnis and Escrima can use this liniment to reduce the severity of swollen fingers.

This saucer is helpful to avoid spillage when you use Dit Da Jow. Typically, you pour a little Jow into the saucer in order to access it more easily when massaging your hands.
