Master Kong Chi-Keung was born in Hong Kong.  His native origin is Qingning, Canton.  Master Kong was very interested in the martial arts when and learnt many Southern Styles as a child.  In the eighties he started to study Ving Tsun under Au Chi Sing, and stuck with it.  In 1996 he started the Ving Tsun Kong C.K. Martial Arts Institute.  He was issued an instructor certificate at the Ving Tsun Athletic Association (VTAA).  In 1999, Master Kong demonstrated Chi Sau at the first World Ving Tsun Atletic Association Conference.  From 2000-2002 he was the VTAA's director.  Master Kong is aimed at promoting Ving Tsun Kuen among all walks of life.
