Mini Biographies for this Lineage:
Yuen Kay San - Started training in the early 1900's under the renowned constable Fok Bo-Chuen. When his studies with Fok were complete, Yuen Kay-San became a student of the famed marshal Fung Siu-Ching.
Wong Jing - Began his Wing Chun in the Leung Jan branch. Later, Wong Jing learned Wing Chun Kuen under his good friend, Yuen Kay-San. (Leung Jan -> Lai Leung Ying -> Wong Jing; Yuen Kay-San -> Wong Jing)
Wong Wu-Fong (aka Mai Gei Wong or "Rice Wong) - (1929-1998). After 7 years of training with his Sifu, Wong Jing, Wong Wu Fong became famous in Guangdong Province as the unbeatable fighter. "Rice Machine" Wong was a well-known and respected Wing Chun family in the city of Gongzhou (Canton).
Wong Nin Yi - Current Grandmaster of the Lineage, Mai Gei Wong's Son. Person responsible for bringing the lineage into the public eye.

- Zhan Zhuang is exercise for getting rid of crude muscle power and acquiring a power of the whole body - Sun Hei Gui Yuen Gong is for acquiring flexibility, health and explosive power - Their Siu Lim Tao is training of Jip Sao bridging to enemy's hands - Chum Kiu means "sinking the bridge" and using "long power" - Biu Jee is training for development of "short power". |
