This bag was made with two things in mind. First, we wanted a bag that was made to be hung by one D-Ring. Second, we wanted a bag with some slight angles on the bottom so you could pretend you are hitting a face. While the major striking area is flat, the narrowing bottom allows you to hit the bag with slight angles as if hitting a chin or jaw line. This makes training a little more fun as well as being practical.
