International Delivery
Methods and Times
- First Class Mail - 2 Week Delivery average, plus time in customs. (3-4 Weeks average) Cheap and Slow.
- Priority Mail - 6 Day delivery, plus time in customs. (2 week average delivery)
- Express Mail - 5 Day delivery, plus time in customs. Signature Required. Very limited tracking for GB, France, Spain. (2 Week average delivery).
The cheapest shipping method, First Class Mail, has a 4 lb (1.81kg) weight limit - anything over that cannot be shipped cheaply - and must go Priority or Express.
Customs
You are responsible for all customs and taxes levied by your country. We cannot mark packages gifts. Customs has also been know to delay packages up to a month or more before contacting you. This seems to be a fairly random occurrence, but it happens once every couple of months, so be aware. If there is a delay in you recieving your package 99.95% of the time it is due to your Customs.
How much is shipping to my country?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment
information. Simply add items to your cart to get a quick quote or
proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered shipping method
choices and their prices. As on Jan 5, 2011 these are the rates:

First Class - $8.50 + $4.00/lb
Priority - $26.00 + $2.00/lb
Express - $37.00 + $3.50/lb
Western Europe + Special *
First Class - $11.00 + $7.00/lb
Priority - $34.00 + $3.25/lb
Express - $37.00 + $4.30/lb
Everywhere Else
First Class - $11.00 + $7.00/lb
Priority - $32.00 + $5.25/lb
Express - $37.00 + $6.00/lb

When will my order ship?
Standard orders placed before 2pm EST M-F ship out the same day. Order
places after 2pm ship out the next shipping day. Shipping days are
M-F. We currently do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, US Holidays, and/or
days in which the Postal Service or UPS are closed.
Drop-shipped and non-standard orders ship out depending on the
manufacturer's schedules. See the product details for shipping info on

What do I do if my package does not arrive?
If you selected UPS shipping you should be able to track your packages
online to see when it will arrive. For UPS packages that are lost we can
file a claim with UPS and re-ship your packages.
If you chose the postal mail option (First Class International, Express
Mail, etc) and your package has not arrived you can try a few things.
First, check with your post office to see if they have it. Sometimes
the post man does not leave a slip or the slip gets lost. We've had
packages returned because they were never picked up from the post
office. Second, check with your delivery person to see if they left the
package. We had cases where the postal worker left the package on the
wrong doorstep, or with a neighbor.
Please keep in mind that customs can also delay delivery for some time.
We've had cases where a package was in customs for over a month.
As stated in our shipping disclaimer, we are not responsible for any
lost/stolen/delayed post mail packages. We will give you a link to prove we shipped the package and it left the US. The post office does not insure
or track packages, so if you
select this method of shipping and a package is lost or stolen we will
not re-ship it. Once the package leaves our warehouse without tracking
or insurance we are no longer responsible for it. This is the risk of
choosing the cheaper shipping method (postal mail), especially for
international packages.
International Shipping Recommendations
In brief, we recommend using UPS for international deliveries, however you will have to email us for a quote. It is
the fastest and most secure way to get your package. We will replace
lost UPS packages. We know that UPS is expensive, so we offer to ship
via the post office as well. Post mail packages are cheaper, but cannot
be tracked or insured, and thus we will not replace lost or stolen postal mail packages. If you chose the cheapest shipping method you also chose to risk the mail system losing the package.
Do you ship to US Military bases? (APO, FPO, etc)
Yes. And thank you for serving! When entering the shipping address for
an APO or FPO address please make sure the country selected is the
United States. Make sure you select a US Postal Service shipping option
for delivery as UPS will not deliver to APO's.
