Wing Chun Dit Da Jow Formulas.
We have over 30 dit da jows on the way or being brewed at the moment. They are broken down into 2 main categories, Modern Jows and Traditional Jows.
Many of the modern jows we carry are considered by those in the know to be the best in the world. Pure science is behind almost every one - combining the wisdom and formulas of ancient masters, such as Dr. Leung Jan (Yip Man's SiGung and famous Chinese Doctor), with today's extraction and testing methods. Ultra clean and contaminate-free environments, top quality herbs, huge herb combination databases, and diligent testing make the jows we carry top notch. These jows will usually have a list of ingredients. Since the extraction and combination methods can't be duplicated by amatures (or most professionals) there is no need for secrecy.
For the traditionalists, we carry jows made by the usual methods as well. (A combination of herbs soaked in a form of alcohol (vodka, brandy, rice wine, etc)). These formulas are like the ones your Sifu uses and are usually kept secret. These jows are also cheaper, in general. If you expect a certain smell or look to your jow this is what you want.
Dit Da Jows have many uses, depending on the formula. Mostly they are used for healing. Good jows help promote your own body's healing methods, they are not miracle curse. They are great for bruises, sprains, pulled tendons or muscles, bone bruises, and the etc. They are also perfect for toughening the striking surfaces of the body, hardening bones, and iron palm training, especially when you have been hitting those areas a lot.
If you are a serious Wing Chun practitioner, train Iron Palm, or train your body hard, then using Dit Da Jow is a must!
