Corona/COVID-19 Updates

Last updated 27 April 2020

Everything Wing Chun/USA:

- Operating Normally
- US Warehouse: Operating Normally.
- US Partners: Operating Normally.
- USA Shipping: USPS is now asking for 1 extra day for all deliveries.
- UPS/Fed-Ex: Overall operations are normal, some areas have delays and restrictions, but nothing major.
- International Shipping: We can't keep up with all the country restrictions and delays. Please check with your local post office or government for more details. However, for the most part things seem to still be operating well enough, even if some delays occur.

Everything Wing Chun International Shipping:

- Operating Normally
- Post Office: We have seen that many first-class/"normal" mail packages are not being scanned into the system and tracked properly, as well as 2-6 week delays at borders. The tracking will say something like "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item" even when we know they have the item. Sometimes the tracking will show a scan at the last US hub before it hits international borders. To date, all of these packages have eventually been delivered - but the delays might be well over a month. The best way around this is to use Priority or Express mail, instead of the cheapest method. We apologize for any inconvenience, but there is nothing we can do - with COVID-19 concernrs and less staff these delays are currently unavildable.

Buick Yip/Hong Kong:

- We are currently de-listing certain drop ship items for sale. If you are looking for something specific, please email us.
- Post Office deliveries to the USA have been suspended by the authorities.
- UPS/FedEx/DHL deliveries have had a major cost increase (almost 2x normal). Buick is suggesting all sales from Hong Kong be postponed for the time being.

Everything Wing Chun/European Partners:

- Operating Normally
- Some Post Office/DPD deliveries to the USA have been suspended by the authorities. Affected products have notes on their product pages, but information is changing all the time.
- UPS/FedEx/DHL deliveries have had a major cost increase. These prices increases to USA customers have been notated on product pages.
