This bundle includes the BridgeMaster wall mount and 1 spring arm. The mount alone is $180 (email us if you want just the mount without the arm).

This mount provides multiple possibilities with 4 arm positions and a central striking pad. There are 3 holes angled upward, as well as a perfectly centered hole for single arm centerline training. One arm is included.

The holes offer a wide variety of possible arm positions using one or two arms. The spring arms fit perfectly into the holes.

Proper energy during the drills keep the arms in place. The holes in the cross mounting pieces are exactly sixteen inches apart, for mounting on the sixteen inch centered wall studs. Mounting holes are pre-drilled, but mounting hardware is up to the purchaser.
