Jon Rister - Double Dagger

This 2-disk set is an instructional video on "area #5" in Kali, the double dagger of the Lacoste/Inosanto/Rister system. Guro Jon Rister covers all combinations of techniques in heaven and earth grips, skills development at long, middle, and corto range, as well as disarms from higot hubad lubad. Long range techniques include Evade, Segung, and Guntin. Middle range techniques include Sakai, Karasak y Sumgob, Palisut, and Altacada Cerrada. However, the main emphasis is on the tactical application of these techniques.

This DVD comes in a paper sleeve from Sifu Rister, not a DVD case. TRT 75 mins

Sifu Jon Rister is a Wing Chun instructor under Sifu Francis Fong and has been teaching since 1987. He is also a certified senior associate instructor in Kali-Eskrima under Tuhon Dan Inosanto, as well as an instructor in Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do under Sifu's Dan Inosanto and the late Larry B. Hartsell.
