It has been 4 years since the original flagship swords were made, and we have decided to do a small run of a new version. These 2015 Flagship Line Wing Chun Butterfly Swords have black canvas micarta handles with mosaic pins and come with a 2-in-1 nylon-lined leather sheath. They are weapon-grade true-full-tang swords. The blade is made from Austrian D2 tool steel and the D-Guard from hot-drop forged AISI 304 stainless steel - one of the toughest steels possible to make D-guard from. The D2 blades also have a glossy finish - something you normally only find on $1500+ swords as the tough D2 steel is very hard to polish to a glossy state.
