It does not matter what your style is, it is important that you learn and practice these important keys of real self defense. The SSD Special Self Defence is made up of three levels. This video is focused on the first level, prevention.

You will learn how to fight and defend yourself through the use of your voice, your tone of voice and the messages you wish to transmit through the choice of your words. You will learn how to control your adrenalin rush that always happens in a real stressful situation when fear takes over and you will learn how to channel your adrenalin in a positive way.
