Post Office and International Shipping: Please note as of 2023, we are only offering FedEx Connect for international shipments. They are currently cheaper than the post office and much faster with better tracking.
SWORDS TO THE UK - MUST go via DHL for now and you will need to contact us. FedEx will not even attempt to deliver, the post office is unreliable. Please contact us. We can still send via UPS and DHL.
We also recommend FedEx for US customers since the post office is becoming increasingly unreliable, especially with their tracking. FedEx Primo 2-day is cheaper than USPS and is available for purchases $50-$500. Ground is available for all purchases. In some cases where Primo is not available (with odd sized packages or some locations like Hawaii) USPS will be used instead.

Shipping Schedule: Orders placed before 2pm EST usually ship out the same day. There is no shipping on Saturday, Sunday or USA/Post Office/UPS holidays. Drop-shipped items ship depending on the manufacturer's schedule.
Tracking Information: At 5:30pm ET you are sent an email with your tracking info (if applicable). You may get an email from the site earlier in the day saying your order shipped, but the actual tracking email comes later.
What you need to know about shipping:
- All orders over $500 are sent with signature required
- International Shipments currently use FedEx connect only, unless it is not available in your area. FedEx is cheaper, faster, insured, and trackable, where post office mail is not.
- Drop-Shipped items (from EU or USA partners/carpenters) all have their own shipping methods. If there is an option we always recommend using UPS/DHL/FedEx over the post office. Shipping times are estimates only.

Sale Protection: Have you ever bought something, then saw it on sale a week later at the same retailer? Well, with Everything Wing Chun you will never have to worry about feeling duped. If you see a reduced/clearance price on an specific item you've purchased within the last 7 days just let us know for a credit of the difference. To receive a refund you must notify us within 14 days of the shipping date.
Best Price Protection: We are so certain that you will not find a lower price on products marked with this logo, that we offer a "World-Wide Best Price Guarantee". If the regular cost of this product is cheaper anywhere else let us know for a credit of the difference. We guarantee you will always end up with a working product. If you receive a defective DVD simply return it to us for a replacement of the same title.
