This is a stand for the famous Rice Bag Trainer. Easy to assemble, this version is perfect for those in an apartment or who can't mount the normal trainer to a wall.

The stand is 67 inches high x 42 deep x 44 wide.
The height of bags are determined by how high or low you choose to mount them to the stand.
