Now we go into the applications of the Bart Chum Dao. I have taken a more freestyle approach and less regimented than the previous lessons.

In this lesson we will look at the countless variations of countering different weapons, different angles of attach, and understanding what it is that you have learnt in the Bart Chum Dao forms previously.

We look at certain options that make for interesting viewing - in particular long range weapons or katanas.

The applications program helps you understand how the swords unite with empty hand combat and brings to light the many techniques which are used today in our Chi Sao applications.
