Unit will screw directly into your existing Rice Bag Trainer. The trainer does not have any striking bag/surface. It goes on the back of the Rice Bag Trainer you currently would own.

Chi Sao Trainer is an excellent training tool to develop the strength, stamina, and structure in your Luk Sao. It is ideal when a partner is not available. It helps to sharpen one's skill, sensitivity, and timing.
