Training Station - Chi Sao Trainer with Makiwara Strike Pad

This version of the chi sao trainer has a makiwara striking pad.

Chi Sao Trainer is an excellent training tool to develop the strength, stamina, and structure in your Luk Sao. It is ideal when a partner is not available. It helps to sharpen one's skill, sensitivity, and timing.

Unit will screw directly into your wall/studs, but it's recommended to use a backboard between studs. Mounting will be left to you, no parts included.

Build Times:
Training stations generally take 4-12 weeks to construct and ship. Build times do vary based on season and order queue.
