These adjustable Spring Arms are the third evolution of spring arm from HuenDo and MasterPath. They are made to replace traditional wooden dummy arms in your wooden dummy. They are adjustable to your dummy armhole size and the highest-quality arm currently on the market. Perfect for anyone wanting to add a little spice to their drills or anyone that has wanted to use spring-arms in their training but doesn't want to buy a separate device for mounting them.

(* These spring arms have a lot of power while bending. Bending and releasing the arm without proper control may cause injuries. For less experienced practitioners, we recommend to use spring arms under a teacher's guidance.)

These arms are an excellent tool for training: power drills, trapping, bridging, positioning, and generating maximum power using body mechanics and proper structure. All which are essential in Wing Chun and JKD training.

These spring arms are made for exercising techniques, positioning, and proper body structure. They are made strong enough (see the force diagram) for exercising the effectiveness of every technique that applied on them. Practicing Wing Chun power drills in a spring arm dummy can make the practitioner be more and more effective over a strong opponent.

Keep in mind the arms will bend further and the force will be greater - so be very careful. If your hand/arm slips after pushing the spring-arm a certain distance, the force of the rebound can cause serious injury.

3 Easy Steps To Installing Your Spring Arms In Your Wooden Dummy

1. Pre-expand the grips: Start by turning the nut on the back of the arms to expand the rubber grips. You want the rings to be as large as possible while still fitting in your dummy's arm holes smoothly.

2. Insert the Arms: From the front of the dummy, insert your arms into the dummy's arm mortises (holes). Ideally, you want the spring to start at the edge of your dummy body, but you can insert the spring-arm further if you want to.

3. Tighten the Grips: Finish by going through the back of the dummy and turning the nut on the back of the arm until the rubber grips get tight. Don't over tighten them - you want the grips to be secure enough to prevent the arms from moving around.

That's it! You can now play around with the arms and check to make sure the position and stability of the arms are good for your training.

To remove the arms, just un-tighten the nut in the back and pull the arms out!
