Wing Chun Flat Board Wooden Dummy with Target

PRE-MADE AND READY TO SHIP:
These dummies are pre-made and ready to ship, you don't have the option of customizing them. However they are not stained, so you can choose your color. These are the specs they come with:
  • All arms now have some play in them (move slightly) are removable. This used to be a $35 upgrade option that is now included. The moving arms have a rubber grommet between the arms and surface of the front so the do not scratch up the finish.
  • The arm spacing is 10 inches (note on custom orders it is normally 8 or 12 inches). 10 is better in our opinion.
  • The arm settings are "Traditional" with the left side higher.

An essential training tool for Wing Chun Kung Fu, Jeet Kune Do, Kenpo Karate, and numerous other martial arts! This space saving model is perfect for training in limited spaces like Apartments, Dorm Rooms, etc.

This model of the Flat Board Dummy comes with a striking pad to condition your fist and practice your strikes on.

This model also comes with arms that are movable, similar to a full-sized dummy. The moving arms have a rubber grommet between the arms and surface of the front so the do not scratch up the finish.

Installation is very simple. Just fasten it down with two screws and you're ready to start training.

- The height of the unit is 32 inches. It is 5.5 inches wide.
- The mounting holes are positioned at 1 inch, 2.75 inches (center) and 4.5 inches, and are 1 inch down from the top and 1 inch up from the bottom.
- Arms are 8 inches distance between top arms and bottom arm.
- The unit ships in a box that is 32 x 6 x 6 inches.
