These dummy arms fit into your DragonBlast spring-arm mount so you can simulate a wooden dummy's arm configuration and have more variety in your training. You simply insert them into the pre-existing holes and they stay in place. This allows you to use one mount for spring arms or dummy arms.

Please note that these will NOT fit into a normal wooden dummy. They only work with the DragonBlast spring-arm or flat-board dummy mounts.
